Your personal data
In 2018, significant changes to the provisions on the protection of personal data were implemented. Currently, this issue is regulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR). ). Our company has adapted to the changes introduced and in order to fulfill our information obligation under Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of the GDPR, below we indicate the principles of our processing of your personal data.
Purpose and basis for processing your data
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Contacting you via e-mail – when contacting us via e-mail address, you provide us with your personal data (e.g. e-mail address). The basis for the processing of your data in this case is your consent to contact us, i.e. Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR. In turn, the processing of your data in order to answer sent questions and conduct further correspondence results from our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). After completing the contact, your personal data will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest, which is the archiving of correspondence with you, i.e. pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.
- Telephone contact – when contacting us by phone, you provide us with your personal data (e.g. telephone number, name and surname). The basis for the processing of your data in this case is your consent to contact us, i.e. Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR. In turn, the processing of your data for the purpose of responding and conducting further communication results from our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). After completing the contact, your personal data will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest, which is the archiving of communication with you, i.e. pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.
- Purchasing our products – the data you provide to us when ordering our products will be processed on the basis of your consent, i.e. Art. 6 section 1 letter a and art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR. In order to fulfill our legal obligations, including: in the scope of issuing an invoice and storing it, the basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR. We will also process your data on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, i.e. on the basis of our legitimate interest in pursuing possible claims or defending against such claims.
- Marketing and promotion of our products and services, including profiling – the basis for the processing of personal data for this purpose is Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR, i.e. your consent to our marketing activities and the implementation of our legitimate interest in the form of sales and direct marketing of our products and services, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) f GDPR. In the case of profiling, i.e. presenting, creating and implementing individually dedicated advertisements and offers of our products, which are based solely on automated processing, adapted to your preferences as much as possible, which may influence your purchasing decisions, the basis for processing is Your express and freely given consent, i.e. Art. 6 section 1 letter and in connection with joke. 22 section 2 letter c GDPR.
Recipients of the data you have provided to us
In order to fulfill our obligations and exercise our own rights arising from the activities of our company, we will transfer your data to the following categories of recipients:
- employees and collaborators authorized by us,
- service providers providing us with technical and organizational solutions enabling the management of our organization, including entities operating our ICT systems,
- providers of legal and advisory services and supporting us in pursuing due claims,
and the data may also be made available, e.g. to entities and bodies to which we are obliged to provide personal data on the basis of generally applicable legal provisions.

Google, as the supplier of the tools we use, guarantees an adequate level of personal data protection by using appropriate compliance mechanisms specified in the GDPR, in particular by using standard contractual clauses.
Apart from the recipients indicated above, we will not transfer your personal data to other recipients from third countries.
Rights of website users
Pursuant to applicable law, you have the following rights:

You have the right to object at any time – for reasons related to your personal situation – to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR, including profiling pursuant to this provision. - Purchase of our products – for the period necessary to complete the purchase, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims and for the period required by applicable law;
- Marketing and promotion of our products and services, including profiling – for the period of our marketing activities, in any case – if the processing of your personal data depends on your consent – until you withdraw it or until you raise an objection.

- Marketing and promotion of our products and services, including profiling – providing data is voluntary, but necessary to obtain individualized and up-to-date information about our products and services.
The need to automate decisions, including profiling
